Bedmi Puri (Masala Puri)

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Wheat flour : 2 cup
  2. Potato : 2 ( boiled and grated )
  3. Suji : 2 table spoon
  4. Salt : tastewise
  5. Sugar : very less
  6. White Seasame seeds : 1/2 tea spoon
  7. Red chilli flakes : 1 tea spoon
  8. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
  9. Cumin seeds : 1/2 tea spoon
  10. Ajwain : 1/2 tea spoon
  11. Green chilli : 2 ( chopped )
  12. Coriander leaves : freshly chopped

PROCEDURE :

  1. Take a big bowl and add all the ingredients into it.Make a soft dough with all the ingredients. Can apply oil on your palm to make smooth dough.
  2. Keep the dough with lid for half an hour to set.
  3. Make small balls from it and roll them with the help of oil and make little thick than the normal puri.
  4. Deep fry them one by one.
  5. Serve hot with Potato sabji or spicy dal .

Home Remedy : Boost IMMUNITY 💪🏋️‍♀️

METHOD 1 :

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Fenugreek Seeds : 1 tea spoon
  2. Fennel Seeds : 1 tea spoon
  3. Cinnamon stick : 2″ ( break into small pieces)
  4. Water : 1 glass

PROCEDURE :

  1. Take a pan , add water. Let it hot.
  2. Add all the ingredients and let it boil until water becomes half of a glass.
  3. Strain water in a cup and drink it every morning in empty stomach.

This is very helpful for immunity boosting and also very helpful for those who have DIABETES. Using continuously for 6 months , people can reduce diabetes problem at home.

NOTE : Exercise atleast for 20 minutes daily.😍

METHOD 2:

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Apple : 2 whole
  2. Beet root : 1/2 of a whole (peel the skin)
  3. Carrot : 1 whole ( peel the skin)

PROCEDURE :

  1. Take this three ingredients and put them in a juicer or also can make it in blender and strain juice from it.
  2. Drink this juice at least twice in a week.
  3. You can feel the difference in just one month.

NOTE : Exercise atleast for 20 minutes daily.😍

METHOD 3:

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Ajwain : 1 tea spoon
  2. Cinnamon stick : 1 ‘” ( break into pieces)
  3. Basil leaves : 6-7
  4. Black Pepper : 6-7
  5. Ginger : 1″
  6. Cardamom : 2
  7. Honey : 1 tea spoon
  8. Lemon juice : 1/2 tea spoon
  9. turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon

PROCEDURE :

  1. Take 1.5 cup water . Once it start to boil at that time add cardamoms, black peppers, ginger, ajwain , basil leaves and cinnamon stick.
  2. Let it boil until it become 3/4 of the cup.
  3. Now in the cup add turmeric powder , honey and lemon juice .
  4. Pour the hot water mixture into the cup and mix well with a spoon.
  5. Drink this hot drink at least 3-4 times in a week to boost your immunity.
  6. At the same time it helps to reduce throat discomfort and also in cold and cough.

Dry Chilli Soya Without Onion and Garlic

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Soya : 1 cup ( Medium size )
  2. Capcicum : 1 ( cut into square pieces)
  3. Tomato : 1 ( cut into cube )
  4. Green chilli : 2 ( chopped )
  5. Ginger paste : 1 tea spoon
  6. Corn flour : 1 table spoon
  7. Curd : 2 table spoon
  8. Red chilli powder : 1 table spoon
  9. Turmeric : 1/2 table spoon
  10. Salt : tastewise
  11. Sugar : 1/2 tea spoon
  12. Chilli sauce : 1 table spoon
  13. Soya sauce : 1 table spoon
  14. Corriander leaves : freshly chopped

PROCEDURE :

  1. First of all boil all the soya nicely and squeeze all the water .
  2. Take a bowl . Add curd , red chilli powder , turmeric powder , salt , sugar , corn flour and mix all nicely. Now add boiled soya in it and mix well.
  3. Take a non stick pan , add 1 table spoon oil. Fry all the soya until golden brown .
  4. In the same pan , add 1 table spoon oil again. Add ginger paste, cut capcicums and fry for some time , then add cut tomatoes , red chilli powder, salt and again fry for some time.
  5. Now add soya sauce , chilli sauce and some sugar. Add all the fried soya .
  6. Mix well all together. Add freshly chopped corriander and mix well. Serve hot with roti, paratha or plain rice.

Kala mocha ( Banana Flower) Recipe

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Kala mocha : 1
  2. Potato : 2 ( cut into small cube)
  3. Tomato : 1 small( chopped)
  4. Grated coconut : 2 table spoon
  5. Moong Dal : 2 table spoon
  6. Panch foron : 1 tea spoon
  7. Bay leaf : 1
  8. Dry chilli : 1
  9. Spice paste : ginger 1 inch , dry chilli 1, 1tea spoon cumin seeds, 1 tea spoon corriander seeds, 2 cardamom, 2 cloves , 1 inch cinnamon stick ( make paste with water)
  10. Whole garam masala : 1 cardamom , 2 cloves, 1″ cinnamon stick
  11. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
  12. Red chilli powder : 1/2 tea spoon

PROCEDURE :

  1. Take out the hard part and the small white part from each of the single flowers of the banana flower and then cut each flowers in a very small pieces . Then wash the pieces into turmeric water.
  2. Pressure cook the pieces with water and turmeric with 2 whistle.
  3. Strain all the water and shallow fry them in less oil in medium low flame and keep aside.
  4. Dry roast the moong dal , wash well and boil them for 5 mins. keep aside.
  5. Take a kadai , add mustard oil . Add panchforon , bay leaf , dry chilli and all whole garam masala. Add cubed potatotoes and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the masala paste,chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder , salt and sugar.Now fry very well in low flame for some time .
  6. When the masala gets fried well , that time add fried banana flowers and mix well.
  7. Now add moong dal and mix well. Add water and let them boil with lid for at least 8-10 mins.
  8. Now add fresh grated coconut into it and also garam masala powder and mix well.
  9. From top add fresh corriander leaves .

Lemon rice

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Rice : 1 cup
  2. Lemon : 1 ( juice)
  3. Ginger : 1/2 inch ( grated)
  4. Green chilli : 2 ( chopped)
  5. Mustard seeds : 1 tea spoon
  6. Peanuts : 2 table spoon
  7. Urad dal : 1/2 tea spoon
  8. Hing : 1/2 tea spoon
  9. Dry chilli : 2
  10. Ghee : 1 table spoon
  11. Curry leaves : 6-7
  12. Bay leaf : 1
  13. Whole garam masala : 2 cardamom , 2 cloves , 1 inch cinnamon stick, 4-5 black pepper.
  14. Corriander leaves : freshly chopped

PROCEDURE :

  1. First of all make the rice in a way so that it does not become very soft and sticky. And for that use oil and lemon juice during boiling the rice and strain all the water .
  2. Take a kadai , add oil and ghee and let it hot . Now add whole garam masala , bay leaf and dry chillis first . Then add peanuts , urad dal and mustard seeds , hing and curry leaves.. Fry for some time. Then add ginger paste and chopped green chillies .
  3. When all the ingredients are fried moderately , add the boiled rice into the kadai , add salt according to the taste and the lemon juice . Now mix everything very well.
  4. Add freshly chopped corriander and serve hot with any pakoras or raita.

Gaja ( Dessert from plain flour and Ghee)

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Plain flour : 500 gms
  2. sugar : 300 gms
  3. Ghee / Dalda : 125 gms
  4. baking soda : 4 gms
  5. Oil : for frying
  6. Cardamom : 2-3 ( powdered)

PROCEDURE :

  1. Take a big bowl, add plain flour and soda and mix with hand first.Then add ghee and again mix well. Now add water and make a semi hard dough . Ratio of all ingredients are very important.
  2. Greeze one plate with ghee and keep the dough on it . Keep the dough in a way so that later you can cut it into square pieces from it with a knife.
  3. Keep the dough on this plate for 15 minutes to set .
  4. Now cut into your desired size .
  5. Take a pan , add sugar and water . Boil until it become a semi thick sugar syrup . Add cardamom powder into it and mix well .
  6. Take a frying pan ,add oil for frying . Fry in a medium low flame and fry until golden brown .
  7. Add the fried gaja into it and let it soak for some time. Then take them out and keep in a different plate.

Gajar ka halwa( Dessert from carrot)

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Carrot : 4-5 ( Grated)
  2. Ghee : 2 table spoon
  3. Sugar : 1/2 cup
  4. Khoya : 50 gms
  5. Milk : 1/2 cup
  6. Cardamoms : 5-6 ( powdered )

PROCEDURE :

  1. First wash and peel the skin from all the carrots.
  2. Grate all the carrots with a grater.
  3. Take a non stick pan , add ghee and add grated carrots. Saute for some time so that the rawness goes away.
  4. Add boiled milk and sugar into it and cook until it gets soft and then mash the khoya and add into it.
  5. Cook until everything gets dry .
  6. Add cardamom pwder and mix well.

Potato Chivra (Flattened rice) Chop

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Potato : 2 ( boiled and mashed)
  2. Chivra : 1 cup ( soak into water )
  3. Green chilli : 2-3 ( finely chopped)
  4. Coriander leaves : finely chopped
  5. Chaat Masala : 1/2 tea spoon
  6. Red chilli powder : 1/2 tea spoon
  7. Salt : tastewise
  8. Sugar : 1/2 tea spoon

PROCEDURE :

  1. Squeeze water from the soaked chivra very well and keep in a big bowl, take mashed potato and all the other ingredients into the bowl.
  2. Mix very well all the ingredients .
  3. Take small portion from it and give it a oval shape.
  4. Deep fry them in a medium low flame.
  5. Serve hot with salad and sauce.

Methi Matar malai (Fenugreek leaves with green peas in fresh cream)

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Methi saag ( fenugreek leaves) : 250 gms
  2. Green peas : 1 cup
  3. Ginger paste : 1 table spoon
  4. Paneer : 100 gms(optional)
  5. Tomatoes : 2 big size ( paste)
  6. Whole garam masala : 1 big cardamom,2 small cardamom, 2 cloves , 1″ cinnamon stick, 1 bay leaf
  7. Kasuri methi : 1/2 tea spoon
  8. Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
  9. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
  10. Red chilli powder : 1 tea spoon
  11. Cashew : 7-8 ( paste)
  12. Fresh cream : 1/2 cup
  13. Cumin seeds : 1/2 tea spoon
  14. Hing : 1/2 tea spoon
  15. Salt : tastewise
  16. Sugar : 1 tea spoon
  17. Milk : 1/3 cup
  18. Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon

PROCEDURE :

  1. Take out only the leaves from the stem , wash nicely and cut them in very small pieces.
  2. In a pan add little butter or oil, and shallow fry the fenugreek leaves with very less salt and keep aside.
  3. Take a kadai , add oil and let it hot . Add cumin seeds, hing , bay leaf and all whole garam masala . Add ginger paste,tomato paste , turmeric powder , red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix all together and fry for some time . When oil starts seperating add matar, cashew paste and fresh cream and mix well and cook again for sometime .
  4. Add fried leaves into it and mix well and cook for 2-3 mins. After that add milk and water together. Cover with a lid and let it boil for 5-6 mins. Add garam masala powder and mix well.
  5. From top add fresh coriander leaves and fresh cream .

This recipe has a very unique creamy taste and texture. It goes very well with roti, paratha, fried rice , butter naan and also plain rice. Please try it at home and share your experience with me in comment box.

Rasmalai

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Fresh milk : 2 litre
  2. Khoya :100gm
  3. Sugar :50gm
  4. Haldiram Rosogolla :20 pieces
  5. Cardamom :10-12pieces

PROCEDURE:

First of all, take a non-stick deep pan to boil milk . After boiling for some time, when the malai forms on the top, take it out from the boiling milk with the help of a spoon and keep it aside inside a bowl . Repeat the process for a few times until the milk reduces to 500 ml and when you feel that milk is moderately thick. Now crush the khoya and mix well with the milk. Make sure there is no lump. After that, grind the malai in a grinder and mix it too. When you find both khoya and the malai has mixed well, add all the rosogollas and let it boil for another five minutes. At last, make fresh powder of all the cardamoms and sprinkle on it. Mix well and let it cool down and keep it in the fridge (Do not refrigerate) . Serve it cold.
