- Tomato : 3-4 ( cut into square pieces)
- Mustard seeds : 1 tea spoon
- Fenugreek seeds : 1/4 tea spoon
- Sugar : 1/2 cup
- Dry chilli : 1
- Cashew : 4-5 ( break into pieces )
- Raisins : 5-6 pieces
- Mustard oil : 2 table spoon
- Take a kadai and mustard oil . Add mustard seeds , fenugreek seeds and break the dry chilli in 2-3 pieces.
- Add the tomatoes and fry for sometime . Add the turmeric powder and salt and fry until the water in the tomatoes gets dry.
- Now add sugar and mix well . Add cashew pieces and raisins and mix well.
